Ruminant Nutritionist, Professor
Dr. Shawn Archibeque is a Professor of Animal Science at Colorado State University Department of Animal Sciences. Dr. Archibeque’s research focuses on animal nutrition and the quantification and reduction of greenhouse gases from livestock systems. In addition to his responsibilities at CSU, Dr. Archibeque has served on the ASAS Board of Directors since 2013. Prior to CSU, Dr. Archibeque received his PhD at Texas A&M University, and was a PostDoctoral Fellow at the U.S. meat animal research center in Clay Center, NE.
