Shannon starts as a research intern for AgNext in the fall of 2024, as she begins her third undergraduate year at Colorado State University. She is on the pre-veterinary track, majoring in Animal Science and minoring in Chemistry. Shannon grew up in San Francisco, California, where she spent most of her time competitively riding horses. As her passion for horses grew throughout childhood, so did her dream of becoming a large animal veterinarian.
