Graduate Student

Miso Lunika is a master’s degree student in Veterinary Clinical Sciences at Colorado State University. Originally from South Africa, Miso’s passion for animals was inspired by her late grandmother and shaped by her agricultural roots.

She obtained her undergraduate degree in Agricultural Management, majoring in Animal Production, from Nelson Mandela University in South Africa.

With 3 years hands-on experience, working on a dairy farm across Africa and North America, Miso brings a strong foundation in livestock management and animal care.

Her master’s research project is on the management of organic dairy youngstock.

She looks forward to developing her research skills, contributing to the field of veterinary clinical sciences, and advancing her knowledge in animal health and production.
