Graduate Student

Inés Mesa is a Master’s student in the Department of Animal Science at Colorado State University, under Dr. Kim Stackhouse-Lawson. Originally from Uruguay, she finished her undergraduate studies in 2019, becoming an Agronomist Engineer. Inés has a strong passion for farming production, specially beef cattle production, dairy farms, and sustainability. Her goals are to make a positive change in the impact of farming on the environment, creating and helping to implement different management methods to reduce the impact of the farms in the environment.
