Bruce Wagner specializes in surveillance design and analysis, statistics, and animal health monitoring, and he has specialized experience in animal health epidemiology and statistics. Most recently he has been consulting with international agencies and U.S. Universities. Prior to the consulting roles, Bruce was Director for the USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service: Veterinary Services’ Center for Epidemiology and Animal Health (CEAH). , Bruce also ßhad a leadership role for the National Animal Health Monitoring System and the modeling units at CEAH. He also has extensive analytical experience with CEAH and with State and Federal Fisheries and Wildlife agencies.
