Headshot of Logan Thompson

Dr. Logan Thompson is a PostDoctoral Fellow for CSU AgNext working under the guidance of Dr. Kim Stackhouse-Lawson. Logan’s predominate research interest is in measuring greenhouse gas emissions in grazing systems and how grazing management impacts ecosystem function. Prior to CSU, he completed his Ph.D. at Michigan State University with a dissertation focused on emissions from grazing cattle and participated in a nationwide project comparing continuous vs rotational grazing. He received his masters at Oklahoma State University and has bachelors from Texas Tech University.
