Agricultural Economics
The study of economics looks at scarcity and tradeoffs. Agricultural economics is particularly complicated because there are a number of factors involved: land management, air quality, food production, and more. Our team of economists study these factors and their tradeoffs to inform our research of sustainable solutions for animal agriculture.
